Dear sir,
i filled divorce case while wife filled resittuion case. My divorce case was cancelled n restitution was allowed. i dont want to stay with her n now i m moving high court.
sir what 1. if she file execution petition n in court if i replied that my life can be in danger if i stay with her, so i cant stay with her.
2. can restituion decree be converted in to money decree.
