She has a right in her parentel property. But She cant get it without fighting in the court . Not any bhai or bhabhi give her the share which she deserves .When any divorcy or seperated wife lives in her parents house she became burde on the parents, brother & her bhabhi.

but the woman usually dont file case against her parents. But she always target husband.

thinking of some odd woman are like Filing case against husband its right but the its sin if file against parents.

@Tejal.  I understand that a woman do not like to get things done to her by law, and it is quite painful for her to invoke the jurisdiction of law to fight out her own family members to enjoy the privileges that she would otherwise be eligible for if the family members had not been selfish or uncaring;  she expects that people having accepted her as part of family, should willingly and happily share their money, property as part of love and affection with her. 

But when people lack that love, affection and dignity the only way left is to invoke the jurisdiction of law to get what you want, though painful to fight with our own family members.
