What is the procedure to give inputs to a case in high court

I am not party in a case in High Court.

But, it is a matter of general interest to society and am interested in this case from the point of view of serving the nation.

I have technical suggestions that will add value to the case and would like to register them with the court either in person or through apt written communication. I will be happy if my inputs are taken in all earnestness.  Acknowledgment etc may/may not be given. Let God decide on it.

I think it is illegal to make an unscheduled appearance in a case and hence would like to know the procedure to inform the court that I would be able to give worthwhile inputs to solve the case on hand and make an appearance in the case/ make a written submission.
