what is the time limit pending civil case in up high court allahabad. if mr x first civil appeal in up allabahad high court & first appeal favor of Mr x (until further stay) for his property & y (respondent) has no action till
for stay vacate against mr.x & case pending in high court allahabad .case is not disposed. then what is the time limit for disposed the case during the pendency can any effect of mr x & his property.
