I have read the judgment. This will lead to corrupt practices and arbitrariness to the police.

When there is non registration of FIR upon a complaint by the police which is mandated upon it , remedy available to the aggrieved is to take up the matter to the suprindinant of police why should the high court invoke its inherent powers when there is an aalternate and efficacious remedy
