Me a handicap person, male, my age is 30, newly married & employee.
Right now me is owner of my house property on paper. According to my mother my father has external marital affair & he has two another sons. The second woman allured my father for the properly & she recently passed away. He managed this condition well & my relatives till not have idea about that. He handling this mission very carefully. My mother made me this property's owner after lot of hard work but me doesnt have enough knowledge of handle conditions or basics of how to deal with the world yet. My mother & me, both not enough aware of law about property & my father has good knowledge of it.
Me is the owner of the property now. Me want to know, are there any legal contract which will provide me lifetime security by making additional contract between me & my father or contract internally in my family. Which point is mandatory for make my side stronger or Joint Venture between my mother & me is solution of the condition or not.
