Dear sirs,
I have entered into leave and licensee (verbal)rental agreement by taking 6 months rent as security deposit and taken 11 months post dated cheques.
I have not drawn up an agreement deed yet as I am posted on job outside maharashtra.
What would be the legal status of myself and the licensee incase of dispute regarding possession of the commercial property after 11 months.
I also want to know , can my mother without my power of attorney enter and register the agreement in my absence with the licensee.
