Where to complaint if hospital registration has lapsed and doing the practicing at the same Hospital registration and some of the diagnostic centers

Some ofthe Medical Hospital has completed its Time of registration for the time of 5ys and they has not yet renewal of their registration not only Hospital but some of the Diagnostic centers, so were to to complaint ,is in local Police station or at District medical Health officer. MCI rules are been not implemented by any Hospitals where to complaint.

The complainant alongwith substantiating information/evidence may  Approach and discuss with : Police, health Ministry, State Medical  Board, MCI, State Medical Council,  Directorate of Health and Family Welfare

If he/she does not display the registration number accorded to him/her by the State Medical Council or the Medical Council of India in his clinic, prescripttions and certificates etc. issued by him or violates the provisions of regulation 1.4.2.

GO thru your State Shops and Establishments Act and if it prescribes registration with MC….

If yes, lodge complaint with Inspectorate and MC.

This Act has also provisions for regulation of service conditions of staff………In case of Violations lodge complaint with Inspectorate.
