my grand ma who has expired 4 years ago she has given a village property as a gift to a trust to make shelter for animals before 50 years ago but they have not made any thing there and now they want to transfer the same land on there own name can they transfere the property now . they have given an application for it can we the grand children of grand ma can get back the same property as they have not used the property till now.can we can do something to get this property.
