Sir, qazi didn't given the marriage certificate, he answered that , he is not a public authority and rti act does not apply to him, I filed rti to waqf board regarding, information officer forwarded the same answer given by qazi that he is not public authority and rti act not applies to him, plz guide me wat should be my next step.
