it is well known that the qualification for the wc commissioners at present has been enhanced , whether the existing commissioner under the wc act are competent to hear the cases before the date of amendment dated 18.1.2010 and after this date , Pl reply in details. what will be legal position of decision if given by the wc commissioner after the amendment having no such qualification as required in the new Act.
