If lady has been appointed for tenure for period of 3 years in Govt Hospital as Junior Doctor. After joining of services within the period 2 months, she has gone for maternity leave for the period of 6 months. After 6 months, she has applied for child care leave. The concerned official has informed her that she may not be get the child care leave as the tenure of her appointment is of 3 years duration and out of which she has already availed 6 months
Whether she can avail child care leave for 2 years in her 3 years tenure. If not whether she can avail one more maternity leave after 2 years?. After the completion of tenure, whether she can avail another maternity leave and child care leave if she is permannetly selcted for any regular post in dioffernt organisation?
