Whether the de facto complainant can get copy of the order

Sir,

                 In a criminal case, after the orders of the court pronounced that the accused feel guilty of the offence and paid the fine amount as per court order,whether the copy of the order can get by the de facto complainant in this case from the magistrate court,then what is the procedure for that,can the said order can be marked as document in a civil case of the de facto complainant which is an important evidence for the case to win.kly clarify my dought
