I have purchased a rowhouse in scheme of total 4 rowhouses in Pune( Maharashtra).
Agreement to sale was done. now we want to do Sale deed and land transfer agreement. I am unable to understand which is the applicable act in this case? To the best of my knowledge, Apartment Ownership Act 1970 requires minimum 5 apartments then only it can be applied. Please help.
another query I have is, Mine is corner rowhouse, so what all rules are applied with respect to side space and common areas? Who can use it and for what purpose?
