I have gone through the contents of Corporate Law Mangement. They taught basic business laws(Partnership, sales of good arbitration etc) , managemnt of organisation behavior, book keeping and accountancy etc which LL.B graduate have studied in graduate course

and in taxation law there are papers of Direct tax and Indirect tax law-parctice and procedures which is more useful for advocates for filing cases before tribunals, high court , supreme court etc

Sir, In Alternative Dispute Resolution, there are 5 papers
1 Fundamental of Alternative Dispute Resolution
2Indian Law on Alternative Dispute Resolution
3International commercial Arbitration
4 Application of ADR in other fields
5 Practical Training
Sir, Kindly inform in what manner they are helpful?
What are the job prospects? In which organizations one can seek employment? Is this useful as it appears from the contents wrt to market demand??
