WHO CAN GIVE FREE LEGAL ADVICE IN INDIA?

ONLY LAWYER HAVE RIGHT TO GIVE ADVICE ? 

ANY ORGANISATION CAN GIVE ADVICE?

ANY REGISTRATION REQUIRED TO GIVE ADVICE ?

anybody who has a good knowledge of Laws or expertise in a particular field of Law can give a free legal advice.
