Who is the legal successor?

Hi,

I have the following case in front of me. My wife's grandfather bought the property in Chennai.

He had 4 daughters and 1 Son.

1 Son married (He is no more) and he has 1 daughter (Alive).

3 Daughters were unmarried and they are no more now.

1 daughter married(She is also no more) and she has 1 daughter(Alive) and  1 son(Alive).

Who is the legal successor now? How will they dvide the share of the property?

Can anyone clarify?

Half share will go the sons daughter and half will divided equally between the married daughters children equally.
