In Punjab and Haryana High Court:

01/04/2014 : Discussion by lawyer A

20/05/2014 : Discussion by lawyer A

11/03/2014 : Discussion by lawyer A and B

11/03/2014 : Discussion by lawyer B

29/09/2014 : Discussion by lawyer A and C

08/12/2014 : Discussion by lawyer A and C

24/02/2015 : Discussion by lawyer C

26/05/2015 : Discussion by lawyer  C

Punjab And Haryana High Court website reflects Advocate Name: Lawyer A

The AB  was cancelled. Since IO lied on record and I got evidence through RTI under section 482 I refilled for  review/recall with new advocate D. On hearing judge told that we need to take no objection from old advocate.

Please tell whom I have to take no objection:

  1. Advocate A whose name appears in High Court website as ‘Advocate name ‘
  2. Advocate A and B who both have filled the petition (Only advocate A’s name appears as advocate name in High Court website)
  3. Advocate C who last argued in the AB case

No objection is required from the Advocates who had filed the petition before the Court. Confirm whether Adv. C who appeared for arguments was a Sr. Counsel or a Counsel?

Hope your query is resolved.

Thanks Rohit ji for your reply.

Advocate C is not the senior counsell.

The petition has been filled by two advocate A and B, but in High Court website, the advocate name is A only. Please tell should I take no objection from A and B or only from A.
