Everything is going fine till now in court.
My question is if husband proved in court that wife was cruel in relationship by filling false cases 498a,323 etc on husband and his parents then still she is eligible for maintenance in crpc 125?Any judgement regarding this?
It is also proved that she was staying with her parents on her own will and husband tried many times to get her back but her parents spoiled the relation.
It was muslim marriage and divorce decree already passed.
