Wife has put allegation of false force abortion in divorce

You were not in the town/country as per your post.

The Dr/Hospital that has conducted abortion must be having all relevant diagnostic reports, consent of spouse.

You can ask for copies from hospital being spouse and even pursue RTI route.

 Court can summon the record..

Approach your own very able senior  LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Family  matters  and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and show the case related docs etc etc and your counsel can help to defend your from allegation..

The false allegation may even boomrang....

You can submit your say stating the truth, you have documentary proof to show that you were not in India.  There is very bad practice of making false allegations. But you rebut it
