I am R.K. sharma from ludhiana, punjab. I got decree of divorce in April,2018. it's a mutual divorce. we have 2 daughters and they both are in care and custody of their mother. my wife is a govt employee. she earning more than rs 60000 per month. I have given rs 20 lakhs as a one time settlement amount for my wife and both daughters. it's clearly mentioned in the compromise deed that the daily expenses of the children will be managed by mother now. and she will not claim anything by her or on the behalf of daughters. but now after divorce she has filled the case under 125 crpc. in the name of my daughters for maintenance. plz suggest me that whether this case is valid or not. and if yes then what should I do now.
