Lived with my mother till may 2012
Due to harrassment by wife to mother decided to live separately
So took flat on rent in may 2011 and shifted there with wife
But wife asked to sell flat of my mother where my mother lives and ask for share in my mother's property
My mother is widow
My father earned property with hard work and willed my mother after his death
I declined to ask for my share as i have no right over property of my mother
So my wife left my house in july 2011 and started living with her parents who r very rich
I put RCR in Oct 2011
In reply my wife put DV on me, mother and brother
During two years i relised my wife never loved me but proerty of my mother
I withdraw d petition in April 2014 almost after two years as relations got worsen with my wife
Now my wife put 498A 34 and 420 on me
My in laws r very rich and influential people and r managing police
M not in india and in Gulf since last one year
What shall i do now
I can not afford to attend d court for 498 and DV as Air ticket price is equivalent to my savings of two months
My mother is heart patient
How shall i protect my mother
I have not recd summons yet
Please advice
