Wife remarried Without Divorce

Kindly Help Regarding.How To Write Letter to Disit SP(FIR-Complaint).For Wife Remarried without divorce,now mine wife 2-3 Pregnant also.

In this I Have Only Invitation Card Proof & 4 Person for Eye Witness.

Kindly Help me In writing Letter.

Register FIR against your wife for bigamy, complaint will be like simple letter addressing officer in charge in your local police station and disclosing all facts and circumstances, and, file suit for divorce on the ground of adultery.
