Please confirm whether I have to bear the expenses of my wife also to counter the divorce case , if I file divorce case against her. My wife has been deserted since last three months with kids and staying at his parental house. My wife is unemplyed.

yes, if she claims she cannot bear the legal expenses, court will direct you to pay her lawyers fees
