Dear Friends - I filed a divorce petition in coimbatore,which got delayed due to non - availability of judge.
Meanwhile my wife filed a divorce petition at chennai.
Knowing that i filed a case at coimbatore, she wantedly asked for a transfer request at High court.
I am attending the summon once 2 months as and when the call comes.
While high court summon she absconded and the high court ordered for mediation.
While mediation , she absconded and sent a letter to them stating that she is not interested in Mediation.
I am tired of coming back and forth and getting no result out of it.
My lawyer is also a greedy guy ,he is not advising anything properly and not proactively speaking to my wife's lawyer to some how close this issue.
I am frustrated,Please advice how to go forward in this situation.
