WILL

MY MOTHER AND FATHER DECIDED TO WRITE A WILL IN FAVOUR OF MY NAME. THE PARTITION SUIT OF MY MOTHER WAS PENDING IN THE CHENNAI HIGH COURT. PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE WILL IS VALID, IF THE PROPERTIES SUIT IS PENDING WITH COURT. ALSO I NEED THE SPECIMEN OF THE WILL IN TAMIL/ENGLISH AND STAMP DUTY DETAILS OF THE SAME. No Not Valid As per My Point Of View when (THE PARTITION SUIT OF MY MOTHER WAS PENDING). But let see what the Jurist say that it is valid or not as per section  or any case laws of any apex court.
