My mother had a self acquired property she has written a will two months back and died recently, at the time of writting the will a doctor was present and ceritfied she was in sound mind and the will was signed in presence of two witness , a notary entered in notary record and drafted by a advocate, from past four months she was suffering from cancer, she died due to this. at the time of writing the will she was not in hospital she was in home and mentally sound.
can any one challenge this will.
