Will in islam?

I am a Muslim woman.

My mother is a widow & have an unmarried maternal aunt & unmarried maternal uncle.

My mother, aunt & uncle wish to make a will & give me their assests after their death

We being Muslims can they make a will? If not what is the other option?

According to Mulim law,  a muslim cannot by will dispose of more than a third of the surplus of his estate after payment of funeral expenses and debts.  Here you have not mentioned about the assests whether it belongs to your mother, inherited from your father or your grandfather(nana). Please also mention about your brother and sister too.

Dear Sister,

Use the below muslim inheritance calculator to  find who is qualified for the inheritance.
