Winding up petition

Please help me to understand under Companies Act, 2013. We are a Company stored 16 tons of butter worth of Rs. 600,000/- in a cold storage facility of another company. That company provides a service of cold storage facility on rent. But after three months the stored butter got infected with fungus because the service provider did not maitain the required temperature. For storing the butter no agreement was executed only documents we have is rental payment advice and the rental invoice. can anyone advise whether we can file a case of winding up petition under Companies Act to claim for the damage
