With drawl of deposited amount in DRT

The gurantator has deposited amount in DRT to revoke the case aginst the auctioned property. The gurantator wants to with draw the case. 1) what is the procedure to with draw the case and draw the deposited amount 2) does the deposited amount gets interest ,since the amount was deposited before five years .if how much % interest
