You can remarry him, no law forbids that. 

I advice against re-marriage.  It will further complicate the relationship.  You both decided to go for divorce, you got divorce decree and then you want to re-unite for sake of kid?  If you bozos has some sense you would not have gone for divorce in the first place.  What values will you give to your kid?  You are indirectly teaching kid that you can do anything with marriage, and a sacred institution called as marriage wont have any value in the eyes of the kid.

 

If your relationship is so sacred, be married in thought rather make marriage look like a joke.

Sathya M. Is making a fun of legal system. But Helping Hand has given the right answer. He has just shown the mirror to her and she got scared after seeing her face in it. Sathya truth is always bitter but you have to accept it. First of all, if you have got separated from your husband, why didn't you approach him and try to resolve everything mutually. What was the reason that dragged both of you to court? And even after visiting court several times, none of you bother to withdraw the case rather kept it continue till you both got divorce. And now, you're thinking of re-marrying the same guy. Seriously...? Females like have spoiled the value of sacred relationship called marriage in the world. This is not personally against you, but we have numerous example where stubborn females ruins lives of others and her own as well just because of her selfishness.

Dear helping hand and hiren gohel, Ur replies to satya r eye opener to many who tried to ruin the life of other partner for no reason and spoils all happiness nd family. Before going for divorce or separating from partner one should have thought implications of it or about future of self nd kid. Women r used drag sacred family matters to street to protect self and to earn Marcy of society, thinking that they can do anything and law can protect all her wrong deeds. Started mis using law's made in favour of women. It's better u find someone else to ruin his life too, instead of re marrying same. All women and men learn lesson from such story to build Ur future.
