Respected Experts,
Please advice, whether Case filed for RCR by petitioner husband can be withdrawan. Only one hearing has taken place so far, where respondent wife appeared and now she has to file the reply. But the petitioner husband desire to file divorce case.

Yes he can withdraw the rcr case, but be watchful, he may land up with a divorce petition shortly after that.
