husband had filed sec 9 in Kalyan court and came mutual consent sec 9 convert to mutual divorce but on legal paper husband advocate mentioned his wife left home but truth is husband had made leave home to wife. Advocate had mentioned that on Kalyan court it should mention the wife had leave home. Now wife have to withdrawal domestic violence case but she required to mention at withdrawal that husband made her left home .Can anyone have format of withdrawal case
In withdrawal nothing is mentioned it is stated simply , ,that . I inform to the court that as it is settled between the parties as per mutual consent ,hence prays this honourable court to permit to order to with draw the suit in the interest of justice
