My annual increment is due in every February. I was elevated to a higher scale with a higher grade pay in July after completion of 25 years of service and pay fixes with one increment. Annual increment was given in February like other years. But from May company stop the last increment with retrospective effect deducting increment from February. Dear Friend,
Please write this matter to the HR or your personnel management and seek its clarification. Please note that the clarification provided by them will be either accepted by you or unacceptable. On that reference send a legal notice to the management, (because I believe the clarification will not have any base!). Further if situation needs please don't hesitate to take this matter to SAT, Kolkata.
