Myself Dr Gaurav parmar and my wife Dr Meena parmar were working as a contract employee (Doctor) in hospital under Delhi government from last eight years .On 7/September/2018 we resigned due some family problems . Now we want to rejoin our respective posts. Is it possible our posts are still vacant . what should we do kindly help

normally your resignation accepted by competent one you have no the case but in exception if they are not competent or still post is vacent then some chance is available ...writ petition in High Court may seek your remedy approach concerned High Court practicing advocate
