Dear Sir ,
I appinted in a After Market Automotive company at Ranchi (Jharkhand ) through a consultant on monthly basis.I spent my three years of service there and by own level try to best provide them and more than three times appreciation mail was also received from H.O Banglore.
Mean while company has change its organisation / reporting and some new person join here and began to disturb me. Although several times i complain against him to our H.O to our National Service Head. But till no reply.
Now consultant has raise a Termination letter on the completion of my contract suddenly without prior to inform me / warnning letter / any discussion with providing 30 days time only mentining the cause of Termination is that you are not adhering the company policy , dicipline , and supirier instruction.
Now please suggest me can i go to Labour Court against consultant and also against After Market Automotive company on the basis of without notice prier to Termination Letter
