Dear Sir,
The seller of the land says only photostat copies of the parent document is available. The land already gone through three hands and i will be fourth hand to purchase it. Sir, please confirm whether, only EC for 30 years will be sufficient and if i find nothing wrong in it , can i purchase the land without parent document?.
