Without prejudice - legal notice

Hello Team,

I have recieved a legal Notice - "Without Prejudice" from employer. Employer has made statements and denied my alligation which i have made. They have written to stop making allegations or they will with intiate appropriate proceedings at "your cost, risk and consequences" .They have not asked me to reply on any questions or no claim and no time frame to reply to notice.

Let me tell you with 100% confidence i can reject their statements outright, actually it Should be me who shoud be sending legal notice to employer.

Should i reply to this "without prejudice" notice. Since "Without Prejudice" letter are not admissiable in court?

You may show the legal notice and any other document on record to an Labor Law Consultant/service Matters lawyer/Law firm and proceed further with your complaint.

The lawyer that has examined all docs on record and your inputs can advise you the best.

The legal notice by the company seems to snub you and your efforts.
