@Stanly : I am just checking its perjury or not ... I understand that Perjury is not taken seriously by the courts. Consideringt this information I will take decision on invoking Section 340 of CrPC read with Section 195 of CrPC.
This witness has said false evidence in 498A case then there was no perjury initiated againt this witness hence got courage to come tho Divorce case to make efforts of filing false evidence ...
@Sachin : Witness says: "As the incidents happened in this case are happened 9 years back hence PW.2 do not remenber" ... then how to draft the evidence affidavit? So, its clear that what ever is present in the evidence affidavit those are not known to witness but fabricated the false evidence with the help of others then submitted in court.
