Women legal right as per current law

what woman can get legaly (money, property) before divorse living saperatly and after divorse from husband ?

Miantainance=??......If unable to maintain herself by any means/ interim is allowed prior to divorce if she is not living with her husband.

Property=??.......No property can be claimed/before or after divorce as per current law/ situation varies when husband has absconded/not ready to pay arrears and court is bound to attach his self earned property for the cause of maintenance.

Father in self earned property=??..........No such question could be asked,in marital relation obligation's lies only on husband and wife not other's.

alimoney=??.........It is the final settlement depend's on the income of either of the spouse and status prior to divorce.It varies from non-earning wife to earning wife as main consideration always goes on fact's and circumstances of the case.

She is MA , teacher earlier before marriage as she says, but not working after marraige till now. Her intention is to control and money on whole family looks like.. 3.5 yrs marraige, no kids, usual drama kind of girl,..498a and many more last year filed. not ready for divorce. her brother working in court.

Opinion: If she is well qualified with prior work experience then this is matter of arguement to dismiss her petition of maintaince on such cause.See judgement's on this related issue.......I posted a month back.
