Work restrictions for nepalis

Hi i manage a consulting firm in Bangalore and am looking to hire staff for the hospitality business in India, more specifically cooks, stewards etc. What permits or documentation is required to hire them

Depend on copy of AADHAR and check their AADHAR address and take an affidavit with such application (Bio data) with particulars of past employers with full address of the past employer, and proof of their permanent residence. Invariably get fidelity insurance to save from future liabilities/risks if any.
