Working woman can entitle for compensation from her husband?

Have you applied for Compensation U/s.22 of DV Act in the existing DV case? 

As husband's defence is struck, you will get the relief whatever you sought in DV case.  Do not expect any reconciliation with such husband, who threatens the legal and statutory authorities to take them to court if they contact him for reconciliation.

yes. he can do that by moving appropriate application and convincing the court about his right.  The courts, generally in the interest of justice, allow such application by imposing some nominal cost on him.  But if he moves such an application, you contest it tooth and nail.

Both of you satteled, Try to talk his parents and others family members regarding this matter,

Don't thinks otherwise in your mind, You are newely love married couple. don't take any hard step for each other,

This can destroy your matrimonial life.

There is no provision to give notice before filling matrimonial case  in court.

You can give  notice only under RCR case. ( note:-but this is not provision).

But this will  only for sattele dispute outside, You cant use hard wiord. in such notice.

 my husband and in-laws arrested. after 23 hours they all get bail. 

DV case me Hon., judge sir ne mere husband aur in-laws ka answer ka stage stop kiya he aur agli tarikh par muje court me  avidance dene he. .  . nw i trust in our "kanun".  thnx for co-operate me every time. . .     

What a shame, Itna sab kuch karne ke bad bhi sirf 23 ghante ki jail, pura ek din bhi nahin  ---   nw i trust in our "kanun".

(2) H.M.act k saction tahat marraige reiinstaint ka case court me file ho sakata he?

(3) mere husband k upar kaun kaun se case court me file ho sakate he ?
