Working woman can entitle for compensation from her husband?

aapko pata hei kya ki aapney apney husband aur unkey family ko jail bhej kar unko aapse talak laney ka ek acchha mauka de diya hei kyon ki aapney bahut bada cruelty kiya hei... Love marriage kiya aur 498a thok diya..

agar aapka patee SIF ka member hei toh woh aapkee raat ki neend uda dega - aapka family ka bhee. Aapney kya socha  - jab aap dusron par keechad ucchalte hein, toh keechad aap per bhee girega - madam.. Bahut majaa aa raha hei.. Agar aapney lakhon ka dowry dikhaya hei to abhee tax evasion petition bhee file hoga.. aapka naukree bhee jaa sakta hei..

bahut majaa aa rahaa heii. aap jaisee sabla naaree ka band bajte dekh majaa aa raha hei..

maine jo Dv case 10/5/2012 ko file kiya tha uska judjement 8/10/2012 ko aa gaya hai.

Hon., court ne accept kiya hai k mujh par domestic violance hua hai .

maine Rs. 4.50 lacs ka compensation maanga tha usme court e ne Rs 2.00 lacs ka compensation sanction kiya hai aur kaha hai k  abhi humar marraige life save hone k chances hai isiliye partly compensation diya hai .

mere stridhan k liye court ne order diye hai k abhi humare divorce nahi hue hai isiliye abhi yeh negetive order hai par main chahu to 406 ki help se return le sakti hu .

aur ghar mere hi hai aur maine koi specific demand nahi kiya tha isiliye mere protection ke order diye hai .

stridhan , compansation aur ghar ke specific order k liye humne appeal file ki hai. aaj uski sunvai thi.

mere husband humari marraige life reinstate karana chahte hai. 498 ka case me abhi argue chal rahi hai. .

main sare evidance diye the usiko dyan me lekar 5 me se 3 order court ne meri favour ke order kiye hai.

Sir  aapse mera question yeh hai k . . .

(1) Hon., court ne accept kiya hai ke mujh par domestic viloance hua hai. Dv act me ab uske liye next step kya hai ? mere husband aur in -laws ko koi saja ho sakti hai ? 

(2) 498 case me yeh judgement ka role kya rahega ?

you have appointed a lawyer and in your chamber discussion with him didnt he mention the output of DV case and didnt you discuss about what sentence he would get along with your inlaws .  what are the reliefs you have asked for and till date what are the reliefs you have got  Can we see a copy of  your  order 

In a Dv case only reliefs are provided depending on what you have asked for i dont reliase what more do you want when asking DV case mai next step kya hai ??????????????

 

DV case completed in 5 months flat ??? Seems like things went ex-party.

Hello my name is riddhi and i am software engineer. It will be a year of our marriage but we have conflict in relations due to my in laws. I am being mentally tortured by my father in law, mother in law and sister in law. My husband believes them and don't want to be with me. They are doing torture in such a way that i myself should leave the house. So they can't be blame for anything. I want to end up this marriage. Can i demand for compensation from my husband.
