Writ petition is disposed mentioning that we have to go to the co operative registrar first . But we have already seen the commissioner of milk production... In milk federation both the commissioner and the registrar are same but my lawyer didn't mention that... Now the writ is dismissed after 3 months. Can we apply for the revision petition ?

If you do not raise fresh issues in RP, your advocate is better judge that can correct his mistake. There is also your fault in not representing facts necessary for the case.

I already said and sent her all the details,but she forgot to mention that during hearing. Can we submit the revised petition adding new points? Are there any chances to dismiss the RP?
