Is it better to give Supreme Court Judgement as reference while preparing grounds in writ petition for High Court
Or is it better to give Supreme court judgement as reference in arguments.

Kindly give your valuable suggestions.

First you file WP at the time of argument submit SC decision.

Dear Rahul,
you can give a reference at any time i.e at the time of drafting or while arguing on first date for admission or at the time of final argument, there is no boundation but...
if you think that your case to poor to get notice before the Hon'ble High Court, kindly do mention case reference or citation while drafting Writ petition. you know your case better than me, or you tell me about your case, I'll help you..
