I have filled suit Under Section 12(1)a HMA 1955 in 2012 medical opinion has obtained march-2015 respondent can not have reproductive organs due to congenital absence of uterus (spontaneous Conception). I have pleaded for second medical examine larger medical board for overies, cromosomal factors, fallopian tubes and gonadal factors. in spite of that still it is pending before family court more than 3 three years has been past therefore i am filling writ petition underr article 227 constitiution of india before Hon'ble Delhi High Court. Hon'ble High Court is bound to give direction to family court dispose petition expediately not more than six months. I have made order sheet annexurres and petition but confusion is there i don't have writ pettion format. I have not stated practicing in court.

Second another for Quash F.I.R. because more than three years has been passed but I.O. has not filled charge sheet information obtained by R.T.I. hence I am approching to Hon'ble High Court for Quashing F.I.R. that is not maintable.
still i am law student under Faculty of Law Delhi University i have not started practicing in court please help me this stage.
