my forefathet is having house property and he has given same to his son (my grand father) for this he has not written any document ,
my grand father is having two sons and elder son is not having any children , I am the son of yenger son.partation
at the age of 3 years in the year 1966 I filed partiation suit on my father on his share of my father's lands and got the share, at that time house is not in my father's name so not menctioned in the partiation suit after that my grand father died without writing the house to his two sons , but they lived in in the half of the portion separately and sol there portion separately with out taking my signature, now I filed a suit on my father and buyers for partiation and claiming my share , after filled case and and compleation my avidence my father died.
the diffiendents claimed that you, already partitioned and not having any write on this property.
