A simple question about the divorce proceeding
1. Husband filed a case in March 2013 for divorce on metal cruelty .
2. Wife said into the court that she also does not want to live with him.
3. But she is not ready for mutual divorce at all.
4. 13 sittings for reconcilation (Wife not appeared).
5.She filed for application 24 HMA
6.Lawyer is saying that he is waiting written statement of wife.
7. she has not submitted WS after one year also.
Question is what should be done ?
Should we go for 21-B application.,or appeal for Ex parte on the basis of delay in WS filling (Since one year) ?
