My wife filed for divorce, maintenance and DV act cases in Dehradun Court. After the cross was done in divorce case and maintenance case she withdraw the divorce case from dehradun court. The other two cases kept running in the Dehradun court. In the meanwhile my wife filed for divorce in Pune court again with the same charges. After a period of time the two cases namely maintenance and DV act cases were dismissed in the Dehradun court.
Now I came to know that the address filed in her affidavit in the pune court was the wrong address. I have got the proof of this. I just want to ask is there any law or predessor judgement of any court in which the petition has been dismissed based on the wrong affidavit filed by the petitioner. If there is any such ruling can you please give details of such a ruling.
