Still only complaint has been lodged and whether your father reside in same house or not.
Need not to file anticipatory bail yet,

no they reside in different address. Is it legally possible to get copy of the complaint lodged. Do we need to counter the charges pressed now, so that this false allegation is not used by my brothers'wife and her inlaws later-on.

sir,
when the wrong charges are made agasint your father and your father name is present in FIR then you must go for anticipatary bail before Sessions Court and if you think all worng charges then you approach Hon'ble High Court for Quashing the charges u/s 482 of Cr.P.C.

Sir, FIR has still not been registered, it is a compliant lodged with police. Can we go for Anticipatory bail without FIR on basis of complaint.
